Ever since R. Buckminster Fuller popularized the design in the mid-20th century, there’s been something captivating about the geodesic dome. While the structure typically makes architecture lovers salivate, now it’s conquering the heart of another type of urbanist: the city farmer. A new dome-based prototype promises an affordable method of rooftop aquaculture for apartment and commercial buildings—as the website calls it, getting “fish from the sky.”

It’s probably because I used to babysit for a family that lived in a dome. But also, I don’t know. There’s just something amazing and remarkable about being inside and feeling all that space just hovering above you. “Hovering” is the wrong word. But you get my meaning, right?

It was my blog (Daily Poem). A place where I tried to write poetry. And tried to provide writing prompts (primarily for myself, I think). I clearly care about writing prompts (maybe too much), because now I have that Tumblr blog, that Write One Leaf thing, that does just that (only in a slightly different way that doesn’t use so much of my time and attention). But I don’t know what happened to poetry.

What happened to poetry?
